Stayed 4 days here and really happy with everything, staff were really friendly and helpful, Room was nice and a nice view of the canals, Breakfast was better than expected and plenty of choice Only issue was the hotel is doing a renovation and the noise started about 9am but it has to be done I would recommend this hotel as it’s also fairly central Thanks for a welcoming visit

The room and the bathroom was not so clean. The hotel is under construction at the Moment. Breakfast o.k., not more. We opened a winidow and it was loud. Beds were very good. The Location is very good, in the heart of old Amsterdam.

Had to Cancel, Zero help

Had to cancel our trip beforehand due to Amsterdam being locked down due to the virus outbreak. Given the circumstances you would think they would be slightly understanding about this! No! Not possible to get a refund, offered me the possibility to amend my booking to another date, but only within 48 hours.. well given the circumstances who knows when the world will be back to normal. Not a good experience. AVOID

Perfect stay at Eden Hotel !

Very nice room, quiet and clean. All the necessary equipement. Good location near the centre. No need to take the public transports. Kind staff. Very good breakfast. Our stay was really pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.

A 4 star disappointment

The location and staff are great. The rest..is not. The interior is outdated, and the hallways stink of some wierd air-freshener that made it hard to breath. For that price I expected a way cleaner, more modern and spacious hotel. I wish I could get some of my money back, but I guess I can kiss that goodbye, just like the wellbeing of my airways.
