good hotel in a good location
It is a good hotel. Very good location. Clean rooms. A very good nourishing breakfast. The service is a little bit weird though. We arrived and were told that our room is not ready though he had requested an early check-in. When we insisted they reluctantly went to find the reservation and did find that our room is ready. The same thing happened the next day, but unfortunately he was too tired and in a hurry to insist on double checking the reservation. In the end he got into his room very late at night.
Would be happy to stay here again
The hotel was nice. The room was a little small but perfectly adequate for our needs and to be expected in Europe. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice. The hotel was well positioned and not far from the railway station

Visited for my husbands 60th.
Positives
Fantastic location.
Smart reception and helpful staff when checking in.
They kindly upgraded the 2 of the 3 rooms we had booked from Economy Double to Deluxe. We arrived at 12 noon and they checked us into one of the rooms that was ready.
Rooms were large and nicely decorated.
Negatives
The shower head was broken in our room so it was hard to take a shower without getting soaked. Reported it to Reception and they offered us a move but we’d have to check out at 12 and back in at 3pm.
This was not possible as we had trips booked.
So throughout the trip we were unable to take a decent shower.
No attempt was made to fix it.
No milk in room however once we asked it was supplied.
Also drilling at 8.30 am for an hour due to work being completed in Reception.
Overall we did enjoy our stay here. The location was brilliant. We would go again however would appreciate a better shower !
