Awful Experience at Eden Hotel Amsterdam – Stay Away!
Our experience at Eden Hotel in Amsterdam was truly awful from start to finish. The customer service was some of the worst we’ve ever encountered. The man at the front desk was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. We arrived early and politely asked if we could check in a bit sooner — the room was clearly ready — but he refused with attitude and zero courtesy.
Then, instead of offering any assistance, he actually told me to go get our luggage from the room myself during check-in. Completely unheard of and incredibly disrespectful.
The room itself was also a huge disappointment — way smaller than advertised, cramped, and nothing like the pictures online.
But what really made us decide to leave was the racist behavior from the man at the front desk. It was painfully obvious that he treated us differently from other guests, and it made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior.
Because of all this, we ended up leaving and booking another hotel for the rest of our stay in Amsterdam. That turned out to be the best decision we made. I would absolutely never recommend Eden Hotel Amsterdam to anyone — avoid this place at all costs.
