Fantastic hotel. Excellent location and walking distance to tram. Very modern hotel and fabulous interior. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

No Cleaning, No Towels, No Service

Not once during my entire stay was my room cleaned or fresh towels provided — even after I requested it twice via the QR code system, called the reception two additional times, and personally spoke with staff. Only on my last day, after becoming visibly upset with a very uncooperative staff member who essentially told me “bad luck, we’re busy,” did someone finally come to the room — at 3 PM. This level of service is unacceptable. For that, I might as well have stayed in a hostel for a fraction of the price (900 for 4 nights). Never again, and I could never recommend this hotel.

4 day stay for two

Great location with short walk to centre and railway station but rooms very small. Any “ larger “ people would struggle in the bathroom as very tiny in room 401 but overall clean, welcoming hotel
