Made my stay in Amsterdam even better!

Just returned from an amazing trip to Amsterdam and I couldn’t be happier with my stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warm hospitality added so much to the overall experience and made my trip even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Great stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better view. Took a bit for us to figure out the A/C as it was very hot the 2 nights we were there, but 2nd night was fine. My only complaint was that towels were a bit ratty, but they weee replaced. We really had a great stay and would go back again.

Mold, stains, dust, terrible upkeep.

Great location and friendly staff, but this is the worst upkeep of any hotel I've been to recently. The dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Mold on the wall is the bathroom. Mold in the window frame. Stains on carpet in the halls, stains on the rugs in the lobby, peeling wallpaper, and other miscellaneous issue that show they aren't trying to keep a nice hotel. Seems there is no deep cleaning cycle. Housekeeping is doing fine with the daily, but, there is no deep cleaning going on. I suspect that this hotel is 1/2 remodeled or something, as some pictures of rooms on here look lovely, but ours was a downright gross mess.

Great hotel to experience Amsterdam

Excellent hotel, great location close to Tram and Metro. Closest to restaurants, shops, 18 min walk to Palace, & other sites.

Five star experience

Absolutely amazing hotel. Great location, clean and very comfortable. Shop extremely handy to have in the lobby. A Five class stay, highly recommend, and will be definitely using again
