Would be happy to stay here again

The hotel was nice. The room was a little small but perfectly adequate for our needs and to be expected in Europe. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice. The hotel was well positioned and not far from the railway station

Fantastic location, nice hotel

Visited for my husbands 60th. Positives Fantastic location. Smart reception and helpful staff when checking in. They kindly upgraded the 2 of the 3 rooms we had booked from Economy Double to Deluxe. We arrived at 12 noon and they checked us into one of the rooms that was ready. Rooms were large and nicely decorated. Negatives The shower head was broken in our room so it was hard to take a shower without getting soaked. Reported it to Reception and they offered us a move but we’d have to check out at 12 and back in at 3pm. This was not possible as we had trips booked. So throughout the trip we were unable to take a decent shower. No attempt was made to fix it. No milk in room however once we asked it was supplied. Also drilling at 8.30 am for an hour due to work being completed in Reception. Overall we did enjoy our stay here. The location was brilliant. We would go again however would appreciate a better shower !

Very impressed with this hotel

Decent location with wonderful staff. Was very impressed with our twin room and the beds were so comfortable. Couldn't hear any noise and slept fantastically. Handy self service shop in the hotel that we used a few times. Would happily recommend this hotel to all

Watch Out for WHO enters your room

Warning to all future guests. We we're staying in the Hotel for four night and Had asked for cleaning services only on thr 3rd day. As we Had an evening appointment andd were to leave early on the fourth day we Had fully packed our bags before WE left for our evening appointment. Arriving Home the next day unpacking our bags I noted my spare wrist watch (Ulysses Nardin) and all of my golden cufflings Had disappeared from my carry on bag. Apparently the bag Had been thoroughly search and the items were "removed" from the bag. There we're No signs of a forced entry into our room. and everything else seemed to BE in Order. WHO could possibly have entered the room and remove These items from my bags without leaving any traces???? My total loss was in excess of € 10.000. So Future guests keep a very Close look on whatever you bring and leave in your room.

Not Recommended

Most impersonal hotel I have ever stayed in. Arrived, reception checked id then sent me to the self check in terminal. Didn't welcome us, didn't let us know when or where breakfast is, or any of the facilities within the hotel. Just showed us on the street the door to the apartment and that's it. Check out, same thing. Terminal again and when I returned the keys the lady never asked how the stay was or said hello, have a nice day. Balcony covered in cigarettes and other smokables not cleaned from last guest. Lots of things left in fridge and freezer from previous guests. On Day 2 lady emptied the bin but of course didnt put a new trash bag inside. Had to call for toilet paper and coffee. Just outrageous for this price. This is an emotionless hotel with staff who just dont care. I would never ever stay here again. Zero personal touch.
