Amazing hotel!

Amazing hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, the room was big and very clean, the bed and pillows were amazing, really confortable! The location perfect as wellm easy to walk everywhere and close to public transport options (tram 4 and 14)! There were stores, restaurants and a market within a 2min walk from the hotel. The check in and out sistem was also great, and increadibly easy and fast! I definitely recommend staying here!

GOOD, TOURIST CLASS OPTION

For a single room in an expensive city this was more than acceptable - and way better than many in which I’ve stayed. The room is small (of course) but the bed is a single-plus, the bathroom perfectly adequate and there is really terrific storage for a bijou abode - well done! I know Amsterdam really well and this is a good location. The Eden has little by way of character (if that’s important to you) and you could be anywhere, but it’s pleasant, clean and comfortable.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, close to everything, beautiful Canal View from our room, delicious breakfast, bike rental just next to the hotel, metro station is less than 5 min walking, small supermarket self service in the hotel, clean rooms

Disappointed, and ripped off.

Don’t believe the pictures on the website. The room we were given was a terrible design/layout, with no room round the bed to get in/out. The bed itself was uncomfortable, sagging in the middle. No luggage rack or anywhere to put cases. The shower was very poor, with varying temperatures, including scalding, during a shower.

Great location but room had mould

The hotel is in a good location and the lobby is nice but the bathroom in our room had black mould. You would not expect this for the price. I did raise the issue at the time and the reception said they would look into it. Our room was cleaned the next day but the mould was still there. Just felt disappointed as this wasn’t a cheap hotel and it seems the lovely lobby does not reflect the rooms.
